Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups milk (dairy or non-diary)

½ cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

 

Topping Suggestions:

2 tablespoons granola

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut

2 tablespoons nut butter of choice

Fruit of choice: I mix frozen blueberries with fresh strawberries and fresh raspberries

Drizzle of honey

Instructions

Blend in blender for 2 minutes layer with desired toppings enjoy!

**The chia pudding will last 5 days in refrigerator and once layered with toppings lasts 24 hours (granola may not be as crunchy).
